• Go to the EU Talent Pool / EURES portal
• Create a profile (non-EU applicants are allowed)
• Upload CV in English (and optionally another EU language)
• Select occupations in shortage (these are prioritized)
• Indicate willingness to relocate to specific countries
• Apply directly to listed employers
• If an employer is interested, they initiate sponsorship
• Then you apply for the country’s work permit / EU Blue Card
• After approval, you can relocate
